By day, he focuses on square footages and rental rates, but when evening comes, Bruce Pascal's transported back over decades of history and heritage — and really small cars.

Pascal, a senior vice president of leasing at Vornado Realty Trust, recently completed a $40,000-plus makeover of his home office, designed to pay homage to his lifelong passion: Hot Wheels. Yes, the miniature die-cast toy cars that have been a staple in childhood toy boxes since the first ones came out in 1968.

"When you see it, you’ll see it’s different than any office you’ll ever be in," said Pascal, an avid Hot Wheels collector all his life.
